About David
David began his career in 1984 with Motorola Communications, followed by executive positions with General Electric and Oracle. He was a founder and CEO of Indicast, a technology company acquired by Oracle. For the last 18 years he has focused on Merger and Acquisition consulting to include both sell-side and buy-side transactions. His expertise is in leading transactions from 1st contact through a successful negotiated closing, working primarily with family businesses and closely held companies from $5M to $250M, across multiple industry segments. More recently his focus has included the emerging SPAC market, advising for both Formation and Merger negotiations.
When not guiding clients through complex transactions, David enjoys mountaineering and has climbed some of the highest mountains in Europe, South America, and North America. When not in the Okanogan Valley, he splits his time between New York, NY and Newport Beach, CA.

Senior Executive experience with four leading fortune 1,000 companies and the successful launch of a start-up acquired by Oracle.
Began career in 1984 with Motorola Communications in the Private Radio Systems Division. Recruited in 1989 by General Electric to bolster their competitive strategy in the communications sector (military, public safety, utilities, government, industrial and energy sectors).
Led an MBO in 1997 partnering with Citicorp VC to acquire a division of LM Ericsson, the acquirer of General Electric’s Mobile Communications Division ($700M revenue).
Co-founded Indicast (Individual Broadcast) in 1998, a software company with a focus on developing voice technology services and related applications selling to major wireless carriers worldwide. Negotiated strategic partnerships with IBM, Motorola, and Comverse as the exclusive voice applications solutions provider for their sales to wireless carriers (Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile etc.).
Sold Indicast to Oracle in 2002, acting as the CEO and Investment Banker for the transaction. Terms of sale required 1 year’s employment with responsibility for Oracle’s strategic partnership program for all mobile applications and integration.
Left Oracle in 2003 to pursue Investment Banking focusing on M&A and institutional capital raises.

Tracy Altman Warner is leading with sales and marketing bringing 20 plus years of success and experience. Her career has ranged from senior administrative rolls at a prestigious private Manhattan prep school, a buyer in fine jewelry, and a real estate professional. Whether it is selling jewelry, real estate, clothes or a school, she is believable, likeable, thorough and diligent. The combination of these qualities coupled with her intellect, attention to detail, communication skills and social grace has made her successful in all of these positions.
Tracy holds a degree in French and Western European Studies from Georgetown University in Washington DC and an M.B.A. from Stern School of Business at New York University. She additionally holds a New York State Real Estate License and a degree in Diamonds from the Gemological Institute of America. She was born and raised in Manhattan, speaks two foreign languages and has three teenage daughters at prestigious colleges/schools.
